This is a great recipe to make a container to stick in fridge so you can have a few times for the week! I also use a tad bit of apple cider vinegar with mine and spinach lettuce with Ezekiel Bread. You can use whole wheat! Tip use a mini container to package the egg salad and put bread in baggie separate so it doesnt get soggy!
Things to pair with for this meal:
1 mini snack size baggie APples/ some sort of fruit
1 snack size baggie of cucumbers/or some sort of veggie
100 calorie pack
